End of the Short Long Week

I was on the late shift this week, which I'm glad of, since it was only four days - because when I get off at 6, they are VERY long days.

I made this icon this week, though.

This is my new favorite tea.

I have done nothing else constructive this week - when I work this shift, I never see or hear any news (it's too late in the morning for my usual "Morning Edition," and I get home too late for the Evening News), but I did get in a couple of good workouts, which is good.

Still have not lost any weight.

Thanks for the tea link. I think I might get that in black tea, as I'm not a huge green or white tea fan, even with flavors.

You have reminded me -- I got a smashing tea at a restaurant when I was on vacation a few years back, and bought a tin to take home. When I went to look for it online, the website of the restaurant was a malware site squatting on their name -- which I called and told them. Still left me with no tea, though. :p

As for the weight, it may be that you are adding muscle working out, which cancels it out? I remember reading somebody years ago saying that if she lost weight without doing anything, it meant she had to get back in the gym as she was losing muscle.

I love the green, but it sounds like the black is good, too (judging by what people say online). From just the two kinds I've tried from that company, I can say I recommend them. (They sent me some samples, too, but I haven't tried those yet.)

Hopefully they'll clean up the malware site and you can order the tea eventually.

Yes, I'd believe that if I were fitting into my smaller clothes, but not yet. I have to cut my calories more seriously. Exercise alone isn't doing it... I'm tired of being 180 pounds.
