Admittedly, the show isn't until October 27, and tickets aren't even posted on the venue's site yet, BUT STILL.
(Due to money concerns, I had to miss him with the Monkees here a couple weeks ago.)
And in stupid money events, I had thought I carefully kept track of my purchases this weekend, yet somehow they managed to land at the bank in the EXACT wrong order, so instead of one overdraft fee for the last thing (I forgot about Netflix), I was socked with FIVE overdraft fees. I'm not still sure how that worked, since as far as I can tell, there was money in there to cover at least three of them, but the last time something like this happened I was given an explanation for "order of charges" that only someone who works for a bank could understand and mostly I just want to bang my head on the floor. I pulled money out of savings to cover it and then opted OUT of the overdraft protection, so the next time my debit card will just DECLINE if I've added wrong. Phoo.
