Writing blog updated.

This is one of the shirts I got for my birthday. The color doesn't show too well; I have to get a better shot in the light...

Shrubbery art a couple blocks from here:

Better than a bunny, it's a JACKALOPE. (Native to the Southwest, for those who don't know.)

I finished reading "Churchill, Hitler, and the Unnecessary War," and despite having been written by Pat Buchanan and being a bit on the vitriolic side, it's a fascinating history, reflecting well on the mistakes the West made leading into WWI and the mistakes made by Duhbya since 9/11 (the entire final chapter is pretty surprisingly scathing against just about everything Bush has done). It was a good book, really. Makes for some serious thought -- how what was, essentially, a family squabble (a spat between Britain and Germany's seriously inter-related royal families) changed the course of the entire 20th Century.

And just for fun, Doctor Six Pony:

Hmm, interesting quiz I came out at 100% Liberal Quaker, with my next one being 82% Mainline - Liberal Christian Protestants.
I have never thought of looking into the Quaker type religion I usually think of myself as agnostic.

Well in Portal 2, that is Space core. If you ever were to play a video game, play Portal and Portal 2 awesome puzzle game. And quite snarky, here is the ending of Portal 2 with Space Core in Space

I love that jackalope! I used to have several jackalope postcards I'd collected during various visits to the Southwest.

I'll have to try to remember to come back and do that religion meme later.

you win the internet today for that jackalope topiary.

ah another unitarian whose catholic upbringing ended up way low. i suspect if you answered the way I did about homosexuality and abortion that's why it's down at the bottom.

YAY, I win.

Probably. I've never looked into Unitarianism, although I know it doesn't require... well, anything. :)
