This morning I woke up to go to the bathroom and saw that it was about five minutes until the alarm went off. Cool, I slept through the night! That doesn't happen very often these days. But I felt... strange. Almost dizzy spell-ish, but not sick at all. I started to get dressed, shut off the alarm when it went off, and went to feed the cats. Still not feeling right; in fact, distinctly wrong, in that I was FREEZING (it was 70F in the house), and every time I did something that required bending and then straightening was accompanied by a wave of dizziness. I abandoned the thought of the gym and crawled back into bed where it was warm and pseudo-slept for another hour before the late alarm went off. Still wasn't feeling right, but managed to get dressed and going. By the time I hit the road, I was overall better, and I haven't had another dizzy spell all day, although I've felt oddly exhausted on and off during the day.
My arm has been really bothering me a LOT lately. It feels better after a workout or a massage, but shortly thereafter it starts to hurt again, especially when I grip/lift anything (like a pile of paper), yet I can do weights without pain, and it actually feels GOOD when I do stretch/weight training.
I don't get it. I'm healthier than I think I've ever been in my life and still feel like I'm falling apart. When and if I has any money I'll go to the doctor and see if there is actually anything that can be DONE about my arm/shoulder outside of pain killers. I've tried that, I tried resting it, not resting it, stretches, exercise, massage therapy, ice/heat, etc., etc.
