This morning I hopped up wide awake and ready to go only to discover my entire back is strained somehow, and I can barely move, the sort of lower back backache where a deep breath hurts the entire midsection. I'm able to stretch and bend, so it's not a bad strain, it just HURTS A LOT. I've been icing it since I got home. How am I supposed to be consistent with a workout when my body rebels against me? I'm also lead worker this week since our usual lead worker is on vacation, so it's up to me to handle all the things she normally handles. Ow, ow, ow.
I didn't even do anything to it.
And Costco won't fill my prescription until Thursday, so I have two day without allergy medicine to look forward to (although I may stop tomorrow and see if it's been filled, sometimes they get it done sooner than the automated system claims).
And my cats won't let me alone, they want Constant Attention.
The thread I ordered is still not quite the right size. The pearls slide right over the knots I make. But I'm getting BETTER at it...
