Bored and Not Writing

So reading LJ and saw this meme, and while I don't actively write fan fiction, I still have mental "pairings" and I started thinking about it, so...

Name your 10 absolutely favorite couples* (het/slash/canon/fanon) and ask people to see what trends they notice about your couples. Try to pick different fandoms (in no specific order, just as I happened to think of them):

1. Lilly/Marshall (How I Met Your Mother)
2. Angel/Cordelia (Angel)
3. Chuck/Sara (Chuck)
4. John Sheridan/Delenn (Babylon 5)
5. John Crichton/Aeryn Sun (Farscape)
6. J.D./Elliott (Scrubs - yes, even when they made me crazy)
7. Sawyer/Juliet (LOST)
8. Angela/Hodgins (Bones)
9. Leonard/Penny (The Big Bang Theory)
10. Mark/Cliff (Ugly Betty)

I have no clue what this says about me...

I almost put down the most disastrous pairing in television, just 'cause I was one of the ones who wanted to see it happen, David/Maddie from "Moonlighting," but, well... we all know what happened there.

Still watching Land of the Lost. This episode was written by Theodore Sturgeon. But it's about bedtime, since it's back to work tomorrow, and we expect to be very busy. I made pulled BBQ pork for dinner, with baked yams and roasted corn, and nice apple-butter wheat bread that Barb makes. Very yummy! Plus butter cookies I made yesterday, which came out all right, but I messed up a little on my measurements and mixing. I have to try the recipe again and this time measure properly (it came from an English book where they have American conversions, but I was mixed up by the little slash marks they used to separate them, i.e., 175g/6 oz/3/4 cup butter; I used 3/4 cup, but that didn't form a dough, so then I re-read it and THOUGHT the dash was a 1, turning it into 1 3/4 cups butter, and THAT formed a VERY SOFT dough. As I said, they taste good, but I have to try again.

Adopt one today!
