Saw a hawk landing on a streetlight this morning. It, too, was pretty awesome.
It rained all day, which is totally cool, and the snow levels have dropped to something like 4,000 feet. There's tons of snow in the high country, and for drought-stricken Arizona, this is absolutely wonderful. When I left work today in Tempe there was actually slushy-icy stuff hitting my windshield. (Which reminded me, I need new wiper blades... which I shall be able to afford much sooner than the tires which I also need.)
I have no idea who I'm going to vote for tomorrow. Head says Hillary, heart says Obama. I want a Hillary/Obama ticket, ideally.
I love my bottle collection. I love it even more now that it's in a nice cabinet where it can be seen and not tucked up on a shelf in the bedroom covered with dust because I couldn't get to it. I am very happy.
I still need to go find some Superbowl shirts for my mom, who is a Giants fan. Of course, now that they're actually the Big Winners, I wonder if she still wants just the NFC Champs shirts... (I know so little about football I had to go to the NFL site just to find out what conference the Giants play for... and discovered that Houston's team is now called the "Texans." What happened to the Oilers?)
I know I had more pointless rambles to ramble about, but I can't remember them now. Back to working on the so-called "Final" draft. Again.
